Sarah Burke

Sarah began studies in Kinesiology over 4 years ago after she started seeing such great results with her own overall health:
In the last ten years, she had many health struggles some of which included: constant fatigue, low Immunity, regular chest and kidney infections, constant brain fog and bouts of depression and anxiety, all of which had a massive impact on her overall physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Sarah believes Kinesiology has had such a transformational impact on her life;
“It has helped me to come almost full circle back to the happy healthy and enthusiastic person I once was. I believe that everyone has the ability to bring their body back to balance on all levels, mentally, emotionally, physically and biochemically which in turn can help them achieve anything they desire out of life.”

Sarah is passionate about health, wellness, living consciously, living a balanced life and helping, encouraging and inspiring others do the same.

She is delighted that she is now able to assist people achieve their goals in life through kinesiology, a process where she can tap into the body’s bio-computer through muscle testing, detect the imbalances and blockages that are preventing them from moving forward and balance them accordingly.

Sarah has completed 4 years of extensive Kinesiology Studies in Ireland, The UK and Australia. She has completed a 2 Year Diploma with Harmony Holistics Kinesiology College in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
